Window replacement

Our experience with Top Home Improvements was great right from the start. Hunter came to our home to evaluate the project and throughly explained the process and show how the windows were made. We received a quote with no salesman pressure, just as promised. Our windows were ordered and actually came in. 1 week ahead of schedule. Dan and Colin were our install team. They arrived on time and were very professional. Each room was cleaned up as they went. I can't say enough about these two. It was below zero on day one. They showed up on time and worked with a smile all day. Day 2, again below zero and a snow storm started at noon. They did all the outside aluminum work with mother nature showing her attitude and never missed a beat. 17 windows were replaced in 2 days. They left evey room like they found it and hauled away all the old windows. Our windows are not only warmer but beautiful too. We are so happy with our decision. A special shout out to Steve for coming and showing me how to properly use my windows when cleaning, and putting it back in the guide pin. This company is fabulous!. My next project will be a new shower.
